Noah's Mill Genuine Bourbon Whiskey is 114 proof, but tastes more like 150 proof. This is a bold and full bodied bourbon. It feels heavy. Not overly complex, but it is different tasting than most other bourbons out there. If you have been through and tried or reviewed other bourbons and are looking for something new, then give Noah's Mill Genuine Bourbon Whiskey a try. The question is, is it bourbon night?
