Coopers' Craft Barrel Reserve Bourbon Review

This Coopers' Craft Barrel Reserve is great! A best bourbon, the Coopers' Craft Barrel Reserve is 100 proof and delightful. Well rounded, the Coopers' Craft Barrel Reserve is on par with Elijah Craig, Henry McKenna Bottled in Bond and reminds me of another Brown-Forman offering, the Old Forester Statesman. Grab it if you see it! The question is, is it bourbon night? For me that is Friday or Saturday. Thanks for watching!

From Coopers Craft:

"Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve is born from our one-of-a-kind, chiseled and charred American White Oak barrel. This expression is a bold and complex Kentucky bourbon bottled at 100 proof."

Nose: Caramel and cotton candy coat fresh apple, pear and citrus fruit atop vanilla wafers dusted with sharp cinnamon.

Taste: Assertive cinnamon spice softens to a lingering apple and clean oak note.

Classification: Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Mashbill Breakdown: Old Forester’s standard bourbon mashbill of 72% corn,18% rye and 10% malt and the bourbon mash bill used by the Early Times brand – 79% corn, 11% rye and 10% malted barley.
